We had a great stay at this homestay – perfect for a family or a group of friends! The unit was clean, fully equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine, dryer, and full kitchenware. The TV box had almost every channel and show you could think of, which was a nice bonus for relaxing at night. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Velocity Mall, with lots of restaurants and shops right downstairs. The swimming pool was also impressively large and clean, great for both kids and adults.

Firstly, Check In process very practical and easy via instructions will be given by management. Check In and Check Out at Ground Floor via Designated Counter and Staff or Security Officer will assist you. Not complicated and very convenient procedure. In terms of Security are superb, don't worries because Cheras District Police Headquarters (IPD Cheras) just beside the condominiums less than 10 feet . your in radius police surveillance so security are tip top. In front Condo just Crossed the road via Zebra Cross or using overpass bridge Sunway Velocity. All you can get entertainment like cinema, grocery at Parkson and AEON and lot of Restaurant. MRT Station only 300 meter from condo approximately around 15 minuter Walk you will have effective public transportation to KL City Center. Overall very nice accomodation.

The unit is spacious and with total of 5 queen size beds as described. One of the double beds was placed in the living room but there are still an area for dining table and a 3 seats sofa. I appreciate that they didn’t collect deposit and trusted their customer. Another thing I would like to complement is that they didn’t charge us for late check out until 12pm as one of our elderly not feeling well and we checked out later than 11am.

I'm stay at so many homestay before for work and leisure, but this building was so well maintenance including parking space, so clean. About this unit, very satisfied. Host also very helpful and give quick response for every question bout my stay here. Near the velocity mall which is you jusy can walk to go there and below the building also have mamak stall. This unit also have wifi, netflix, youtube and etc

I love how clean the house is. The host is also very friendly and helpful. The house was on quite up high and the wind was very cold at night. The pool was small compared to other condominium.

Location. Halal food cafeteria available downstairs. It is very convenient to find local delicacies. Nearby shopping malls. Public transportation all around, but we drove family's car. Swimming pool. Washing machine with dryer, kitchenette, satellite TV, free internet, AC, and other in-house facilities. Respectful host, thank you for the privacy given. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The swimming pool and facilities were excellent. All the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. The shop downstairs is also good. We arrive at midnight, so we buy food on the Mamak downstairs. Everything perfect.

Everything! Clean & cozy place to stay with family. Friendly staff, easy to check in just follow the simple instructions & they provide excellent service. The location is superb, near the shopping malls (Sunway Velocity Mall & Aeon). You can just walk there. The mamak restaurant & Zus Coffee is just down the apartment.
